Because every piece is made to order in the colors you choose, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. There's no need to send the item back.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, before printing starts.
